225 pound Deadlift, 10 reps (155lbs for women)
10 Box jumps 24 inch box (20 inch box for women)
10 Toes to Bar
For the deadlift, full extension must be reached and shoulders behind the bar. For the box jump, full extension on or above the box must be achieved. For the toes to bar, some part of the foot must come in contact with the bar every rep.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.
